How does this work?
If you are experiencing any pain, it means your body is not working the way it was designed to.
The rehab process includes:
fixing the area in pain (which western medicine has nearly mastered)
Redesigning the body so that the area in pain is no longer carrying ‘the burden’
My rehab process has more to do with the latter - fixing muscular imbalances, reconstructing posture, building a real foundation (without doing 1000 crunches), and recalibrating functional movement. When done correctly, your muscles and joints work in unison and no one place has to bear the burden of tension and force.
AKA: When your body works the way it was designed, as a unit, you don’t have pain! My process ensures that that happens.

Do I need any equipment?
For the most part, all you will need is a lacrosse ball and basic weight room access
